CUET Complete Guide CUET – 23:
National Testing Agency has announced the Common University Entrance Exam 2023 dates. The CUET 2023 will be conducted from May 21 to 31 for admission to undergraduate and integrated postgraduate courses in the 44 Central Universities and 46 state and private universities, totaling 90 participating universities. The application form for CUET 2023 will be released in the first week of February in online mode on the official website - cuet.samarth.ac.in. Candidates can register themselves, submit the required documents and pay the pre-requisite fee to complete the CUET 2023 application process. CUET 2023 result will be announced in third week of June. The CUET will be conducted in two slots as computer-based test. There will be four sections in the exam, Section 1A (language test), Section 1B (optional language test), Section 2 (domain-specific test) and Section 3 (general test). All the participating universities will accept the CUET score for admission to UG courses. CUET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
NTA sets the eligibility criteria to sit for CUET UG exam. To be eligible for the CUET 2023, candidate must have passed Class 10+2 from a recognized board.
AGE : Not to be more than 22 years on 1st July 2022. (Applicant should be born on or after 2nd July 2000).CUET Eligibility Criteria 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the CUET Eligibility Criteria 2023. There is no age restriction for students taking the exam. No matter their age, students who passed the 12th-grade exam or graduated in 2023 are eligible to sit for the CUET (UG) – 2023 exams.
Candidates should score a minimum of 50% marks in their +2 examination in the General category and 45% for SC/ST candidates. Candidates should have taken up subjects in +2 depending upon the course they opt for.
The candidate should be of Indian nationality.
A total of 53 Universities are taking part in CUET 2023. Every university has a different set of prerequisites or eligibility standards for applicants. CUET 2023 mainly offers three different course categories. Candidates may submit applications for research, integrated postgraduate, graduate, and undergraduate programs. CUET 2023 – Normalization Process CUET UG exam will be conducted in two slots on different dates, so in order to create a level playing field in terms of difficulty level CUET normalization procedure is used by NTA. CUET percentile scores are scores based on the relative performance of all the candidates in all the rounds of the examination. Percentile score - 100 X Number of candidates who appeared in the ‘Session’ with raw score equal to or less than the candidate.
CUET 2023 Participating Universities
There are a total of 90 universities participating in the CUET. The participating universities includes 44 central university and 46 state, deemed, and private universities. All these universities will accept the CUET UG scores for admission to the CUET programmes. The CUET participating universities offer admission to various undergraduate courses including B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, etc and integrated postgraduate courses. CUET Exam Centers 2023 –
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the official brochure and list of CUET exam centers 2023 available online at cuet.samarth.ac.in. When completing the application form, candidates can choose up to two preferred CUET exam centers 2023. The admit card will list the candidates’ assigned CUET exam centers in 2023. They won’t be able to enter the CUET exam centers 2023 without the admit card.
CUET 2023 – Admit Card The CUET Admit Card 2023 is usually made available by the National Testing Agency (NTA) 10–15 days prior to the scheduled exam date. The official website or the link that will be supplied in the post is where candidates may download their CUET admission cards. The NTA has not yet released the CUET 2023 exam date. One of the most crucial items that applicants must carry to the testing location is their admit card. Candidates should be aware of the important details on their admit cards since they will help them during the examination procedure. The CUET application 2023 will be made available online by the first week of April 2023. The 14 Central Universities and 4 State Universities around the nation that accept qualified applicants for this examination will offer admission to various UG and PG programme.
